Prashanth Chandrasekar


Prashanth Chandrasekar is Chief Executive Officer of Stack Overflow and is responsible for driving Stack Overflow’s overall strategic direction and results. Prashanth is a proven technology executive with extensive experience leading and scaling high-growth global organizations. Previously, he served as Senior Vice President & General Manager of Rackspace’s Cloud & Infrastructure Services portfolio of businesses, including the Managed Public Clouds, Private Clouds, Colocation and Managed Security businesses. Before that, Prashanth held a range of senior leadership roles at Rackspace including Senior Vice President & General Manager of Rackspace’s high growth, global business focused on the world’s leading Public Clouds including Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Alibaba Cloud, which became the fastest growing business in Rackspace’s history. Prior to joining Rackspace, Prashanth was a Vice President at Barclays Investment Bank, focused on providing Strategic and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) advice for clients in the Technology, Media and Telecom (TMT) industries. Prashanth was also a Manager at Capgemini Consulting where he managed Operations transformation engagements and consulting teams across the US. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, an M.Eng in Engineering Management from Cornell University and a B.S. in Computer Engineering (summa cum laude) from the University of Maine. Prashanth is married and has two children.

Melissa Bruno

She’s passionate about creating value-driven cultures and believes brilliance exists in everyone. At Stack Overflow, she leads employee engagement, diversity & inclusion, talent acquisition, people business partners, learning and development, and total rewards. Prior to joining Stack Overflow, Melissa held various People/HR leadership roles in media technology companies playing a key role in scaling companies from 200 to 5,000+ employees. She holds a business economics degree from Oneonta State University. Melissa is a Certified Professional Coach, Organizational Development Professional and SPHR. In her spare time, and to feed her entrepreneurial soul, she arranges experiential travel experiences around the world.

Teresa Dietrich

Community, Product, and Engineering

Teresa Dietrich is the Chief Product Officer at Stack Overflow, where she is responsible for evolving and executing Stack Overflow’s product strategy. Previously she worked at McKinsey New Ventures as Global Head of Product & Engineering, where she played an instrumental role in creating and scaling their B2B SaaS products, built and led product development teams across the globe, and fostered a culture that attracted and developed top talent. Prior to McKinsey New Ventures, Teresa was Chief Technology Officer at Namely, and held several leadership roles at WebMD and AOL. Teresa is a Board Member for the Oklahoma School of Science and Math Foundation, the technical magnet high school that ignited her passion for learning and technology. Teresa earned her Master of Science from George Mason University and continued on as an adjunct professor; she earned her bachelor’s degree from Carnegie Mellon University.

Khalid El Khatib

Marketing and Communications

Throughout his career he’s elevated and transformed the awareness and perception of global brands, most recently at GLG where he was Vice President of Marketing and Communications. Before GLG he worked as a senior director at Group SJR, a WPP agency, where he led a diverse portfolio that included General Electric, Goldman Sachs, TED, and Xerox. He began his career working in communications at Teach For America which fostered a passion for social impact; he continues to volunteer in NYC schools and fundraises for numerous refugee relief organizations today. Khalid graduated from Washington University in St. Louis with a degree in political science and creative writing. In his free time he contributes to VICE, them., and PAPER where he writes about art, culture, and LGBTQ issues.

Jeff Justice

Customer Success

Jeff Justice is a SaaS technology leader with over 15 years of professional experience, mostly focused on the customer relationship. A native of Washington, DC and long-time resident of NYC, he is responsible for the Stack Overflow teams that ensure its customers realize the full value of the platform and offerings. He previously led Dropbox’s Customer Success teams as well as WeWork’s Enterprise Technology & Customer Success teams (US & EMEA). Through his career, he’s guided these and other company’s largest customer deployments, executed strategic growth programs, driven internal product development and helped increase revenue while scaling post-sale teams. An MBA graduate of Thunderbird School of Global Management and BA graduate of Howard University, he also enjoys an active out-of-the-office life: traveling often, volunteering, reading and writing, voice acting, and watching and playing a range of sports.

Nicole Mason


Nicole Mason has over 20 years of legal, operational, and business experience partnering with cross-functional and leadership teams to achieve strategic goals. At Stack Overflow, she is responsible for everything legal for the company. Previously, Nicole held various legal and non-legal leadership roles at technology and telecommunications companies in Silicon Valley, including General Counsel to a publicly traded multinational SaaS company. She is a champion of building and managing distributed teams, and passionate about promoting the value of remote and flexible work arrangements. Nicole is also an accomplished entrepreneur and best-selling non-fiction author, who has organized and led cultural immersion retreats around the world. Nicole received her law degree from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana, and degrees in psychology and political science from SUNY Albany. She lives and works in the Lake Tahoe, CA area and spends her personal time volunteering in the community, and enjoying the great outdoors skiing, hiking and traveling the globe with family and friends.

Tim Miller


365体育足球滚球比分 Tim Miller is Stack Overflow’s Chief Revenue Officer bringing 20 years of sales leadership to Stack Overflow. Tim specializes in scaling worldwide teams. He has sales leadership experience with successful companies, such as PTC Inc. where he helped scale revenue from $200M to $1B. He held senior sales leadership positions at Ascential, scaling from $20M to $300M in three years, and helped transition with the acquisition by IBM. At Crossbeam, Tim was promoted to VP of Sales, growing revenue by 289% and resulting in an acquisition by Blue Coat. Most recently Tim was VP Sales at BlueJeans accelerating revenue and helping scale the business. Prior to BlueJeans, he led a worldwide team at Actiance. Tim has a track record of building high-performing sales teams and delivering strong sales results consistently. Tim lives in Chicago with his family of three and enjoys boating, concerts, and sporting events.

Mihir Pathak


Dr. Mihir Pathak serves Stack Overflow in a wide variety of roles including serving as the chief strategic advisor to the CEO and leading business development, strategic partnerships, corporate development, and special projects. Prior to joining Stack Overflow, Mihir worked at McKinsey & Co., the Obama White House, and NASA. Mihir received his BS, MS, and Ph.D. from Georgia Tech in cryogenic & thermal physics, and has published over a dozen peer-reviewed scientific manuscripts. Mihir is very passionate about mentoring and currently lives in New York City with his wife and daughter.

Jerry Raphael

Finance and Operations

365体育足球滚球比分 Jerry Raphael is Stack Overflow’s Chief Financial Officer, where he is responsible for the company’s financial health; he oversees the accounting, finance, and revenue operations teams. He joined Stack Overflow in 2015 as the Controller charged with systems implementation and process improvements. Jerry has over 18 years of strategic finance and operational leadership experience working in the ad tech, software, and media industries. He holds an accounting degree from St. John’s University and is also a Certified Public Accountant. In his spare time, Jerry serves as the board president of Diaspora Community Services, a social support service agency that empowers families and individuals to maximize their abilities to succeed.
